Whoo hoo!!!

So I made it to one hundred chapters of “Forever & A Day!”

And I’m feeling pretty proud of myself for reaching that goal! I’m even more proud that I managed to write this chapter in about three hours. (Though it’s taken mean hour and a half to post the freaking thing!). Hopefully next week we’re switching ISPs and this crappy internet problem will be solved!

So hopefully check back later this weekend for an update of “Reinvented”!

Tonight I added three new chapters of “Reinvented“.

They’re a little late this week because I just started a new job on Monday, and I’ve been working on some new projects recently. (hopefully you’ll hear about those shortly!).

Also, I was wondering if any of you could help me with soundtrack submissions for “Reinvented“. As you can tell, my musical tastes aren’t exactly diverse. So if anyone knows a song and think “Hey, this song would so work with that story….” I’m willing to give you credit and everything! You can send me an email at itzmyguys333@hotmail.com

After my last two long posts, I thought I should just drop in with a quick update for “Reinvented“. So check out chapters 44, 45 and 46 are posted!

So, I got my computer back today, and after a week without it, sixty dollars spent and being seriously very behind on my updates…. well, the thing still isn’t completely working right. It’s still dreadfully slow! (Just to give you an idea of exactly how slow, it has taken me two hours and twenty six minutes to complete this update…. this thing is slower than molasses in January.) But I’m very very sorry for making you wait so long!

Tonight, I bring you FIVE new chapters of “Reinvented“. I’ll try for another update soon…. I hope! I’ve also changed a few things on that site… and added some new stuff… simply for experiment’s sake. Let me know if the visual aids are helpful!

And I’ve made an executive decision in regards to “Forever & A Day“. Since it is already Saturday, and it will take me at least a couple of days to get that chapter written… I’ve decided simply to skip last week and I will post a new chapter next Friday.

Finally, thank you to everyone who has signed the book! I thought it was insanely funny (kind of sad, I know) how many people were expecting the gift in Chapter 38 to be a dog! That chapter was something that had been brewing since “Damaged“, and in my head, the animal had always been a cat. It was just interesting for me to hear as the writer…

So, I’ve just spent the last hour and forty-five minutes trying to figure out how to hack into my own site on my mother’s computer (My laptop has all my passwords on it!) so I could get on here and let you know precisely what’s going on.

While I was trying to post my weekly “Forever & A Day” post, my laptop was unbearably slow. It took me so long just to get the thing posted! So I decided that in the morning, I was going to freak at my ISP because I thought they were the problem. My computer worked fine as long as my wireless access was disabled, but as soon as I tried to do anything on the internet, everything slowed to an almost stop and even typing a sentence took ten minutes.

The ISP assured me that my connection was fine. So I packed up my laptop and took it into my computer guy, who claimed he would have it back to me today. When I called him, he said he “Hadn’t had time to look at it,” and to call tomorrow.

So, long story short… ALL updates have STOPPED until this is resolved.

And this means I will NOT be participating in this year’s NaNoWriMo, because I simply don’t know if I’ll have my laptop back by Saturday, and by the time I get caught up on the other two/three stories I’m working on, I’ll be massively behind. I’m terribly sad to have to pull out at the last minute, but I’ve got no other alternative…

In the mean time, I’m handwriting my chapters because I simply can’t work with my mother hanging over my shoulder and asking me fifty million incessant questions while I try to write on this computer.

I’m really sorry about not being able to update, I know that some of you are very anxiously awaiting some “Reinvented” updates, but without my laptop I really can’t do anything. My whole life is on that thing!

You will all be the first to know when I get my computer back and the updates restart.
